1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern any engagement between Nineteen Solutions ("we", "us") and a client ("you") for web design, development, SEO, or related digital services, arranged through nineteensolutions.in, phone, or a signed proposal.

2. Our Services

We offer three broad categories of work: Digital Foundations (custom website design and development), Client Acquisition (SEO, landing pages, Google Business Profile management), and Digital Peace of Mind (ongoing support, security, and maintenance), delivered across the service tiers listed on our Value Ladder.

3. Engagement & Payment

• Projects begin once a tier or custom quote is agreed and the applicable advance payment is received.
• Pricing for each tier is as published on nineteensolutions.in at the time of your engagement, or as stated in a signed proposal.
• The ₹4,000 Micro Business Card and ₹7,000 Local Maps Launchpad starter tiers may be offered as limited portfolio-building spots and can be withdrawn or repriced once our stated capacity for a given month is reached.
• Timelines depend on you providing requested content, access, and feedback promptly. Delays on your end may shift the delivery date accordingly.

4. Our Guarantees

Every engagement is backed by our published Bulletproof Guarantee:

• The Launch Date Promise: if your website is not delivered on the agreed date (for reasons within our control), we refund 20% of your project fee and complete the remaining work free of charge.
• The Speed Guarantee: if we do not double your mobile load speed or reach a 90+ Google PageSpeed score during optimization, that optimization work is free.
• The Ownership Guarantee: you retain 100% legal ownership of your domain, hosting, code, and brand assets from day one.
• The No-Ghosting Rule: you get a dedicated support channel with technical queries answered within 4 working hours.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables built specifically for you (your website's design, copy, and code). We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets we license on your behalf (stock imagery, plugins, fonts) remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Revisions

Each tier includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as scoped in your proposal. Requests that go materially beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

We work to deliver a secure, high-performing website, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, since these depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, your own marketing activity). Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where Nineteen Solutions is registered.
