Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We stand behind our work through the Bulletproof Guarantee described in our Terms of Service. This policy explains when refunds apply, how cancellations work, and how to request either.

2. Guarantee-Based Refunds

• Launch Date Promise: if we miss an agreed delivery date for reasons within our control, you're entitled to a 20% refund of the project fee, and we complete the remaining work at no extra charge.
• Speed Guarantee: if a completed speed-optimization pass doesn't double your mobile load speed or reach a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, that portion of the work is refunded or waived.

These guarantees apply to circumstances within our control. Delays caused by you (late content, approvals, or access) are not covered.

3. General Refund Conditions

• Advance payments cover the design, development, and strategy time we allocate to your project starting on day one, so once work has begun, advances are non-refundable outside the guarantee situations above.
• If you cancel before any work has started, your advance is refunded in full, minus any payment-gateway processing fees already incurred.
• The ₹4,000 Micro Business Card and ₹7,000 Local Maps Launchpad starter tiers are offered at a reduced, portfolio-building rate and are non-refundable once delivered, given the discounted pricing already reflects that trade-off.

4. Cancellations

To cancel an active engagement, email us at support@nineteensolutions.in or call us with your project details. We'll confirm what's been completed, what (if anything) is refundable under the terms above, and close out the engagement within a reasonable timeframe.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval. Bank processing times beyond that point are outside our control.

6. Ongoing Services (Maintenance, SEO, Google Profile Management)

Recurring or ongoing services can be cancelled going forward with notice before the next billing cycle; we do not offer partial refunds for a cycle that has already started.
