Privacy Policy
Who we are
Nineteen Solutions is a proprietorship of Aman Panda, based in Sambalpur, Odisha 768001, India. We work with businesses across India. Reach us at support@nineteensolutions.in or on WhatsApp at +91 91803 81016, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (IST).
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, phone number, email, business details and what you ask for, through WhatsApp, phone, email, the price calculator or the free website check form. When you message us from our social pages or an ad, your WhatsApp name and number come with your message.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to deliver the service you ask for. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
Passwords
We never ask for your passwords. To give us access, you add us as a user on your own hosting or domain account.
Tracking
This site does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
Removing your details
You can ask us to remove your details at any time, by WhatsApp or email. We act within 30 days and tell you once it is done. Invoices and tax records are kept because the law needs them, and we tell you what we kept and why. Enquiries we have not heard back from in 12 months are anonymised.
Terms of Service
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are starting prices (onwards) and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added on every invoice; we do not issue bills without GST. Your final price is confirmed in writing after a short call, and a quote is valid for 15 days. Any 3 services together get ₹1,000 off the one-time total.
Agreement
You confirm the agreement by replying "I agree" from your own email or on WhatsApp. The 35% advance is the final confirmation.
Payment
35% advance before any work starts. The 65% balance is paid at least 24 hours before handover. Nothing goes live and no files are handed over before the balance is paid. If the balance is unpaid 15 days after it is due, work is held and the project may be closed, and the advance is kept.
Cancellation and refunds
Work starts when we receive your onboarding form or hold the first discussion call, whichever comes first. If you cancel after paying the advance and before work starts, the advance is refunded minus 50% for platform charges and booking costs. Once work has started, the advance is not refunded. Every refund is approved by Aman, paid within 7 working days, and comes with a GST credit note.
Timelines and reviews
The launch date is the one written in your quote. You see previews while we build. You then get two review rounds; please send each round's feedback as one list. Further rounds are billed as Help Desk hours, estimated in writing before the work starts.
Our four guarantees
Launch date: if the site is not delivered on the agreed date, 20% of the fee is refunded and the rest is finished free. Speed: if mobile speed is not doubled or PageSpeed does not reach 90+, the optimization is free. Ownership: you own 100% of your domain, hosting, code and brand files from day one. No ghosting: a dedicated support channel; technical questions answered within 4 working hours and routine edits within 24 to 48 business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (IST). These are the only guarantees we give.
Support after launch
Built projects get 12 calendar days of support after handover, through the support request form. It covers text changes, photo swaps, contact detail updates, broken links and small new sections of up to 1 hour. Bigger additions get a quote. After that, The Caretaker or The Help Desk keep you covered.
Hosting and domain
Hosting is free for the first 2 years when we build your site. The Storefront and The Storefront Pro include 2 years of domain registration. After that, we renew them with an invoice before they end, or you can take them over.
Monthly services
Monthly services are billed every month in advance, with GST. The first month is paid in full before the service starts. To stop, give 30 days notice. If a monthly invoice is 7 days overdue, the service is paused until it is paid; there is no late fee.
Showing your work
We show your website on our Our Work page only with your agreement.
Referrals
If you refer a business to us, your reward is given once their project is launched and their balance is paid.
Law and place
These terms follow Indian law. Any dispute is handled by the courts at Sambalpur, Odisha.
